New Procedure for Collection of Delinquent Textbook/Student Fees. Each school year, our district has families who, for one reason or another, do not pay book rental and student fees, or make arrangements for installment payments of these fees for their students.  Families receive two or three letters from the school their child attends requesting payment of book rental and fees before the information is forwarded to our school district's legal counsel.  Beginning with the 2009-2010 school year, information regarding delinquent book rental and fees will be forwarded to State Wide Credit. This organization will receive delinquent payment information on October 1 of each school year.  Once our delinquent payment list is given to State Wide Credit, all payments for textbook rental and student fees will be made through State Wide Credit.  They will communicate with parents, represent Danville Community School Corporation in court, and notify credit organizations that parties are delinquent in making payments.
