How To Enroll. Students new to the district must bring proof of residence in the district, an original birth certificate, immunization records and social security card. Please make an appointment to enroll a new student. Enrollment packets are available at the main office and can be filled out and brought on the appointment date. Call 745-6431 to set up your appointment.
To check a bus schedule, call Transportation at 745-6875.
Students outside the District who wish to attend DCHS may make application as a Transfer student, by downloading a copy of the application from the District webpage available March 1, and submitting it to the High School before August 1 for the upcoming school year. |

| Pre-Arranged Absences. The School District has issued a new pre-arranged absence request form, for use by any parent wishing to take their child out of school for a special situation, such as court order, a showing at the State Fair, working at the electoral polls, serving as a page in the Indiana General Assembly, etc. A copy is available, by clicking here. |
