Becky Kerlin Haak (Class of 1974) and David Lee Myers (Class of 1964) were inducted into the DCHS Hall of fame on April 23, 2014.
Bonnie Jenkins Eggers (Class of 1942), Jack Lawson (Class of 1966), Gary Varvel (Class of 1975) and Linda Owens Parker (Class of 1956 and first ever graduate of New Winchester High School inducted) were all inducted into the DCHS Hall of Fame on April 17, 2013.
Col. Rick White, son of Danville graduates and residents Ken and Judy White, was one of four new inductees into the DCHS Hall of Fame on April 18, 2012. Col. White is a 1980 graduate. Other honored alumni inducted this year included Secretary of State Connie Wright Lawson (Class of 1967), Karen Hayes Bailey (Class of 1958), and Dr. Harvey Higgins (Class of 1939).

October 3, 2008 - DCHS Class of 1968
The DCHS Class of 1968 held their 40-year reunion during Homecoming; the class rode a float during the Homecoming Parade on Friday, October 3, 2008and during half-time festivities, were recognized. The reunion was held on October 4, at Twin Bridges Lodge on Cartersburg Road in Danville. For more information, contact Chris Morphew. Below is a photo of the 1968 Cheerleading Squad.
August 30, 2008 - DCHS CLASS OF 1998 REUNION. The DCHS Class of '98 celebrated their 10 year reunion on August 30, at the Phi Delta Kappa Club on East Main Street, Danville, For information, email Lindsey Rhorer (Figg).
June 14, 2008 - ANNUAL ALUMNI DINNER. The 17th Annual School Reunion was held on June 14, 2008, at the Hendricks County Fairgrounds & Conference Complex. Classes recognized were: 1938, 1948, 1958, 1968, 1978 and 1988. June 14, 2008 - MUSIC ACHIEVEMENT AWARD & CONCERT. One of the most successful Alumni Hall of Fame inductees, Mr. Bob Snyder, (Class of 1954) and his wife, Jan, established an award (The Bob & Jan Snyder Music Achievement Award) to be given annually to the most deserving saxophone or clarinet player at DCHS. The very first award was supported by holding a special concert held during the annual Alumni Reunion weekend (see above). Mr. Snyder and his all-star band will perform big band music at the Royal Theater (June 14) at no charge, asking for free will offerings to help support the award. Mr. Snyder has said, "God has been good to this ...musician" and this is his way of giving back to his hometown community.
August 2, 2008 - DCHS CLASS OF 1983 REUNION. The Class of 1983 celebrated their 25-year reunion on August 2. There was an earlier gathering at Cross's (formerly the Moose Lodge), where the "Doorjams" (a group composed of four graduates) performed. A tour of DCHS (including milk and cookies in the cafeteria) was enjoyed by the alumni. A casual dinner buffet was held at Twin Bridges Golf Club, 1001 Cartersburg Road, Danville, IN.
