The DCMS Science Club is an active group focusing on a wide range of activities for any Danville Middle School student who wishes to join. The activities range from weekly in-school lab activities, rocket launches, contests, recycling, cave exploring, field trips and much more! The club also sponsors two projects... Project E.A.R.T.H. (Earth Awareness Reaching the Home) which is our recycling project and Project C.A.R.E. (Community Action Revitalizing the Environment). Project C.A.R.E. includes activities such as laying wood chip trails in local parks, planting flowers and trees in the Danville community and volunteering services to senior citizens such as gardening, washing cars, trash pick-up, etc. Lastly, the club sponsors the Science Fair at the end of the school year!

The club meets weekly throughout the school year.
