DCSC Important Tools for a Successful School Year

PowerSchool

PowerSchool allows you to access your student's grades, attendance, discipline, and more. 

ParentSquare

ParentSquare is what our district uses for all school communication. It allows parents to receive important updates (emergency comms, delays, newsletters, etc.) via email, text, and app updates. It also allows students to communicate with teachers, coaches, and parents during the school day! 

Stopfinder

Stopfinder provides live bus locations, estimated arrival times, schedule updates, etc. It is essential for all bus riders to have this app to stay up to date with important transportation information!


SchoolCare

SchoolCare enables nurses to chart health events electronically. It is an essential part of nurse-student-parent communication.

    • You should have received an email at the start of the school year inviting you to join. Be sure to check your spam if you don't see it, or you can call the school nurse!
       

School Cafe

School Cafe is used to add lunch money to your student's account, view lunch menus, apply for free and reduced meals, etc. 


Schoology

Schoology is used for students to access assignments.
