PowerSchool
PowerSchool is widely used across the country and offers an intuitive platform for viewing grades, attendance, schedules, and other important student information. Parent accounts allow parents to view all of their students with one account and allow access to some data that is not available on the student screen.
In order to create a parent/guardian account, click “Create Account” on the PowerSchool homepage at https://danvillein.powerschool.com/public/.

As you begin creating your account, the top section is about you as the parent/guardian and the username and password you would like to use. The bottom section is for linking each child to your account. You will be able to link all of your children to this one account during the setup.
***The Access ID and Password will be sent to parents from ParentSquare at the time of registration. Please contact your child's school for assistance if you don't know your child's Access ID or Password:
- North Elementary (LWLC, KG, 1st): 317.745.2610
- South Elementary (2nd, 3rd, 4th): 317.745.2131
- DCMS (5th, 6th, 7th, 8th): 317.745.5491
- DCHS (9th, 10th, 11th, 12th): 317.745.6431
Once logged in, you will be prompted to fill out several forms. Be sure to click “submit” after each form!
