School Board Meetings

Parents, students, staff, and members of the community are invited to attend the meetings of the Danville Community School Corporation Board of School Trustees. Please note: as of November 2019, the location of the Danville School Board meetings has been changed to the Danville Community Middle School training room. Enter at door 1 and follow the placed signs to assist in locating the room.   To better serve our community, the Danville Community School Corporation Board of School Trustees will be sharing video recordings of their monthly public meetings on the Danville Community School Corporation YouTube page. Available agendas, meeting minutes and documents may also be found by selecting the School Board Docs link below.   Danville Community School Corporation recognizes the value of public comment and the importance of allowing members of the community to express their opinion. In order to permit fair and orderly expression of such communication, patrons who wish to address the school board on a particular matter must register on the sign-up sheet provided at the entry table between 6 and 6:30 p.m. prior to the meeting.
School Board Policy 0167.3(b) Community Input Presentation: Time will be provided during each Board meeting for anyone to make comments relative to an agenda item or other appropriate matter. Individuals wishing to avail themselves of this opportunity to address the Board should stand and request recognition from the President of the Board. Members of the audience who wish to address the Board must state their name and address for the record. Comments will be limited to 3 minutes and an individual may address the Board only once per issue. The presiding officer of the Board shall administer the procedures for conduct
